these architectural objects treat the ambiguous relation between man and nature. the collection explores the impact of man on his natural environment: is our urge to control natural elements justified? because in the end, nature will take back all things manmade. aging process, decay and eventually transience are unstoppable. we observe this process with admiration and stimulate it by exposing the objects to nature. the result is a spontaneous growth of micro-organisms: snails draw patterned lines, algae colour plans, moss makes new shapes. the manmade creative process is completed in perfect symbiosis with nature. each object is an evolutionary time capsule.
